Vetted Fav™ Requirements
Every notary in our network must meet the following criteria before earning the Vetted Fav™ designation.
150+ Real Estate Closings
You must have successfully completed a minimum of 150 real estate closings. We verify this during the onboarding process.
$1 Million E&O Insurance
You must carry active Errors & Omissions insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000. Proof of coverage is required.
Current NNA Background Screening
You must maintain a current annual background screening through the National Notary Association (NNA).
Active Notary Commission
Your notary commission must be current and in good standing in your state. Commission documentation is verified during onboarding.
Professional Standards
You must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to accuracy. We conduct reference checks and review your signing history.
